Prior to founding Tovah, Rafael served as Global Operations Director at Halliburton, where he led large-scale international operations, optimized performance across multiple regions, and implemented efficiency strategies that strengthened business profitability and execution standards worldwide. His leadership has been marked by an unwavering commitment to flawless execution, innovation, and building high-performance teams capable of delivering results under demanding field and market conditions.
